Acid Dye Fixing AgentAFX

Acid Dye Fixing Agent AFX is an aromatic sulfonic acid condensate. It is suitable for dye fixing of Nylon, wool, silk, and otheracid dye dyed or printed fabrics. AFX can achieve excellent washing fastness and prevent white part of dyed fabric from being contaminated by dark color during printing and dyeing process.

Applications

Applied range:

Dye fixation of Nylon, wool, silk, and other fabrics with acid dyes dyeing or printing.

Medium-light color:

AFX: 1~2% (owf),

Bath ratio 1:10~20, Temperature at 80℃ for 20min, Wash and dry.

Medium-dark color:

AFX: 2~3% (owf),

Bath ratio 1:10~20, Temperature at 80℃ for 20min, Wash and dry.

Pad dyeing process:

AFX: 6~10g/L.

Then, pad dyeing for one minute at 60~80℃ after washing.

Package and Storage

50kg or 125kg plastic drum.

Seal and store the product in a cool and ventilated area. The storage time is 6 months.
